An additional REFUNDABLE $100.00 incidental/cleaning fee will be added to the total cost. The $100.00 will be refunded if the venue is returned to the same clean state it was received

The renter understands and agrees that ALL setup and breakdown time must be included within the hours reserved for the event. The rental period begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. Early entry or remaining past the contracted time is not permitted unless additional rental hours are purchased in advance. Additional fees may apply for violations.
